OCHE — Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using OCHE (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What OCHE is
OCHE is a darts scoring application for personal, non-commercial use. It works fully offline. Game state, profiles and statistics are stored on your device.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OCHE on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store / Play Store you installed from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercialise the App.
4. In-App Purchase — Premium Lifetime
- Product: OCHE Premium — Lifetime. One-time purchase, non-consumable.
- What you get: removal of all advertising and unlimited access to every game mode.
- Billing: handled exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.
- Restore: a "Restore Purchases" button is available inside the App (Paywall and Settings). Purchases are tied to your Apple ID / Google account.
- Family Sharing: enabled on Apple. One purchase grants Premium to up to five family members.
- Refunds: handled by the platform (reportaproblem.apple.com / Google Play "Order history"). We have no power to refund directly.
5. Advertising
Free users see advertising provided by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, rewarded, app-open). Ad behaviour, content and personalisation are governed by your tracking permissions (iOS App Tracking Transparency, GDPR/CCPA consent dialog). See our Privacy Policy for details. Premium users see no ads.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to defeat the Premium entitlement check or circumvent IAP billing.
- Use the App in a way that infringes any law, third-party rights, or App Store / Play Store policies.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the App's source code, except where permitted by mandatory local law.
7. Disclaimer
OCHE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising out of or related to your use of OCHE is limited to the amount you actually paid for the App (i.e. up to the Premium price). The developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date above is authoritative. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
